Masters Track & Field Coaching

Personal Coaching for Masters Sprinters, Hurdlers, Jumpers, and Multis

Get coaching built around the time constraints and old injuries that come with being a Masters track athlete.

I’m based in Broomfield, Colorado, serving Masters athletes all over the world: in-person in the Denver metro and online everywhere else.

I’m a Masters athlete myself in hurdles and pent/dec, so I GET IT.
(Plus I know our local, Nationals, and Worlds meet schedules!)

Email, text (303-994-6830), or DM on Instagram.
Let me help you make real progress this season.

I Want To Help YOU Stay Fast, Strong, and Powerful at EVERY Age

I’ve had just about every injury a sprinter can get and have learned to fully rehab from every one of them. What puts a lot of Masters out of the sport for good is one big injury that feels insurmountable.

Don’t quit the sport because you’ve felt stuck for years. But also, don’t tolerate a slightly-edited high schooler’s training plan. Get a training plan designed for your body, your needs, and your goals – with measurable results built in.

Don’t apologize for wanting to train hard and compete often. Masters athletics has never been about the medals, titles, or race wins. It should be about the joy of your event, earning PRs, and laughing with your competitors. Work with a coach who understands how much you love it.

Let me be your T&F Anti-Retirement Plan!

What Happens At Practice For Masters Track Athletes?

Our two tasks every day are simple:
(1) Select drills that help you achieve proper positions and improve technique without aggravating old injuries.
(2) Perform & measure work that makes you stronger, faster, or more confident (but ideally all 3!) week-on-week.

Though we always have a goal and a plan, I treat every practice like a new day because I know any new thing can ache and any training session from your week could have created soreness. So we assess every day in the warm-up.

Based on any restrictions (or especially high energy) you present with, we move into speed & power work then improving technical elements of your events. Throughout, we talk competitive schedule, meet plans, and race strategy so you know how to get your best performance on the day, whenever your next race is.

Let’s start with 25 minutes on the phone.
You’ll get a plan for right now and we’ll work together on what to do next.
